In the Election Meeting, a new board and other officials for the club for the year 2023 will be elected. The call for board members and officials is now open, link here. Remember to apply below if interested! You can be elected regardless of whether you attend the meeting or not, as long as you have applied.
The Election Meeting will start at 18:00 and some brief English translation will be provided on the spot. There is not a possibility to attend online. We kindly recommend those who want to participate in the meeting to arrive before the meeting, starting from 17:30 onward. The board is proposing a raise in the membership fees 2023. The agenda can be found through the link. Only the ordinary members i.e. the members of AYY have voting rights.
Christmas party will begin after the meeting. The club will offer food and leftover drinks from the Annual Ball. There is also a sauna possibility, so bring swimwear and towel if needed.
